75.0g of frozen ready-rolled shortcrust pastry, partially thawed
23.8g of Goody Professional tuna, drained
2.5g of thinly sliced green onion
0.5 eggs
2.5g of cooking cream
10.0g of grated parmesan cheese
Instruction:
In a bowl, combine tuna, eggs, corn, green onions, and cream, and mix thoroughly. Next, spread the pastry sheets evenly in a baking tray and add the tuna mixture on top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the mixture. Bake in an oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.
